How to use
- Paste a list with one item per line.
- Type the prefix (added to the start) and/or suffix (added to the end).
- Choose “Remove from each line” to strip a prefix or suffix instead.
- Copy or download the result.
How it works
The prefix and suffix are added exactly as typed. Turn on “Understand \t and \n” to insert tabs or line breaks. Empty lines are skipped by default so blank separators stay blank.
Limitations
- Removal only strips text that matches exactly at the very start or end of a line.
Privacy
Your text is processed entirely in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, logged or saved by this tool.
Local processing protects your data from being uploaded, but it cannot protect against a compromised device or malicious browser extensions.
