How to use
- Paste or type text into the input box.
- Choose a case style — the result appears immediately.
- Keep “Preserve acronyms” on to leave words like NASA or iPhone untouched in Title and Sentence case.
- Copy or download the converted text.
How it works
Title Case follows a common headline style: small words such as “a”, “and”, “of” and “the” stay lowercase unless they are the first or last word or follow a colon. Sentence case lowercases text and capitalises the first letter of each sentence and line, and the pronoun “I”. Programming cases (camelCase, snake_case and so on) are applied line by line so you can convert lists of names at once.
Limitations
- Proper nouns are not detected automatically in Sentence case — “london” stays lowercase unless it was an acronym.
- Title Case rules vary between style guides (APA, Chicago, AP); this tool uses a general headline style.
